Design and build under one roof.

The people drawing your home are in the same building as the people building it. The plan, the budget and the schedule are one conversation, not three.

We start with the site.

Slope, septic, driveway grade, views and the architectural review committee decide what you can build before the floor plan does. We walk it with you and survey it ourselves.

Built while you're away.

 Most of our High Country clients live somewhere else. You get a project manager who is here, weekly photo and video updates, and a home finished when we said it would be.

How it works

Step 1

Lot review and conversation.

We discuss your lot, or a lot you’re considering, and research it for you, so you know what the site will allow before design begins.

Step 2

Design agreement.

A fee-based design engagement. Our in-house team develops your plan with you, with real cost feedback at every step.

Step 3

Preconstruction.

Selections, final budget, permits, engineering. You know the number before we break ground.

Step 4

Build.

Your PM, weekly updates, a schedule you can see.

Step 5

Move in.
